Shipping Details

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped according to the following criteria:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day (except holidays). If placed after this time, the order will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping times may sometimes be longer. Some items may be out of stock and need to be transferred from our other stores.

A valid delivery address must be provided when confirming your purchase, and someone must be present at that address to receive the goods. We provide a tracking number sent by email so you can follow your order.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once items are shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to transport times. 

We do our best to keep our inventory up to date; however, a product may be out of stock when your order is processed. We also strive to present the bottle and packaging of products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the packaging will be exactly as shown upon receipt if the makers choose to make changes to their products. 

Some deliveries in Canada may be made at the doorstep. In some cases, the carrier may provide a photo confirming the delivery of the package to the address given at the time of order.
When this proof of delivery is available and the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer, as delivery was made according to the information provided at the time of purchase.

Packages shipped with Canada Post may be delivered:

- at the door,

- in a community mailbox,

- or at the post office nearest the delivery address.

In some cases, a delivery notice card may be left at the door or in the community mailbox to indicate the exact place where the package can be picked up. This information is also available online when checking the tracking number.

When the package is held at the post office, it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up within the time limits set by Canada Post. Any unclaimed package returned to the sender may incur additional fees, and the initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Fees and Times

CANADA

We offer free delivery in Quebec and Ontario for orders of $175 (before taxes) and to the rest of Canada for orders of $250 and over, by Canada Post mail. Orders below this amount will pay shipping fees of $13.99 to $18.99. All orders are shipped from our stores in Laval, Quebec, and are not subject to customs duties or additional fees. What you pay at checkout is all you pay.

UNITED STATES:

We offer free delivery for orders of CAD 500 or more using standard UPS delivery. Orders under CAD 500 will be subject to shipping fees of CAD 28. Customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL (outside Canada and the United States):

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the quantity and weight of your order and are shipped by UPS by air.

Customs duties may apply to international orders depending on the country and its policies (outside Canada and the United States). The carrier will collect the funds before delivery. Duties and taxes may be charged by your country/government according to their laws and are unfortunately beyond our control. For delivery to be made, it is important that you pay the duties online on the UPS website using your tracking number before delivery can be made. If duties are not paid, UPS may not attempt delivery and will give you up to 10 days to pay the duties and contact them for an additional delivery before the order is returned to us at your expense. However, if the value of the purchased item is less than the cost of return, your order will be abandoned at customs and no refund will be issued.

In-Store Pickup

Buy online and pick up your items in store in just 3 hours. Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. by selecting the option at checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email or text message to inform you.  The pickup location is at our Laval store: 2065 Highway 440, Laval, Quebec. H7L 3W3.
